- Xác định được luận cứ khoa học và cách tiếp cận phù hợp; đề xuất được khung lý luận cho nghiên cứu quản lý quá trình đào tạo Cao cấp lý luận chính trị theo tiếp cận năng lực tại Học viện Chính trị quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh.
- Phân tích được thực trạng đào tạo và quản lý quá trình đào tạo Cao cấp lý luận chính trị theo tiếp cận năng lực; thực trạng năng lực của đội ngũ cán bộ lãnh đạo, quản lý được đào tạo Cao cấp lý luận chính trị; đồng thời chỉ ra được những ưu điểm, hạn chế và nguyên nhân của quản lý đào tạo Cao cấp lý luận chính trị theo tiếp cận năng lực tại Học viện Chính trị quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh.
- Đề xuất được 07 giải pháp quản lý đào tạo Cao cấp lý luận chính trị theo tiếp cận năng lực tại Học viện Chính trị quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh đảm bảo đồng bộ, phù hợp và khả thi.

Các giải pháp của luận án có khả năng ứng dụng cao trong quản lý đào tạo Cao cấp lý luận chính trị tại Học viện Chính trị quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh, đặc biệt ở các hoạt động: quản lý phát triển chương trình; quản lý tổ chức dạy học; quản lý kiểm tra, đánh giá; quản lý học viên, giảng viên; quản lý xây dựng văn hóa chất lượng.
13. Những hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo:
Với kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án, trong thời gian tới nghiên cứu sinh sẽ tiếp tục hướng nghiên cứu theo nội dung dự kiến sau:
- Nghiên cứu về quản lý phát triển chương trình đào tạo Cao cấp lý luận chính trị.
- Nghiên cứu về quản lý hoạt động đo lường, đánh giá trong đào tạo Cao cấp lý luận chính trị.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
The thesis has identified the scientific basis and an appropriate approach, as well as proposed a theoretical framework for the research on management of advanced political theory training processes using a competency-based approach at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.
Drawing on document analysis, surveys, and expert elicitations, the thesis has clarified the current state of training and management of competency-based approach advanced political theory training processes. The thesis offered detailed examination of the current competencies of the leadership and management personnel undergoing advanced political theory training. Simultaneously, the thesis uncovers the strengths, limitations, and underlying reasons influencing the management of competency-based advanced political theory training at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.
The thesis has proposed seven management solutions aimed at enhancing competency-based advanced political theory training at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, ensuring coherence, appropriateness, and feasibility.
12. Practical applicability, if any:
The solutions proposed in the thesis have high applicability in the management of advanced political theory training at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, particularly in the following areas: Program development management; learning and teaching management; assessment and evaluation management; student and faculty management; and culture of quality management.
13. Further research directions, if any:
Based on the research results of the thesis, the researcher will further concentrate on the projected areas identified in this thesis for future research endeavors:
- Research on the management of advanced political theory training program development.
- Research on the management of measurement and evaluation activities in advanced political theory training.
- Research on quality management in advanced political theory training.
